The Rolling Stones To Launch New Album After 18 Years

The Rolling Stones have announced the release of Hackney Diamonds, their first album of original music since 2005, and the first since the death of drummer Charlie Watts.

Hackney Diamonds features 12 tracks and will be released on the 20th of October.

Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Sir Mick Jagger announced the album on Wednesday at an event in Hackney, where they also played their new single Angry.

According to a press release, the band will release the album on Wednesday at a special event in Hackney, a location that is “at the heart of the new album.”

The album is even expected to have guest appearances from Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and Lady Gaga!
